Cuddle Time tuition is based on enrollment, not the number of days a child actually attends. Therefore, tuition remains the same each week.  Full tuition is due even if your child is absent or when school is closed for holidays, weather or emergencies.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Days & Hours

The Cuddle Time Daycare is open daily.

Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Close still good

Cuddle Time Daycare will be closed for the following holidays:

December 24 & 25, January 1, Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday observed, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day,Thanksgiving Day & the day following Thanksgiving (Black Friday).

Parents must provide at least three weeks in advance written notice to use vacation time.  Vacation discounts will not be applied retroactively.

Vacation tuition applies to full weeks (five consecutive days, Monday through Friday) during which your child does not attend.  Vacation time is not available on a daily or partial-week basis.

Vacation tuition is discounted as follows:

First week         30%

Second week    40%

Third week        50%

Fourth week     55%

This vacation discount is based on the number of consecutive weeks on vacation, not the total number of vacation weeks.   In other words, if a family uses two vacation weeks at different times of the year, each week will receive a 30% tuition discount.

Tuition accounts must be current in order to use the vacation discount.

Families are allowed four vacation weeks per calendar year.  If a family takes more than four consecutive weeks off, the child is “unenrolled” from the program, the child’s space is not guaranteed, and the family must re-enroll to return.
